What we process and why
Visitors: no accounts or sign-up; usage is measured with Vercel Analytics, without cookies or personal identifiers. Members: name and email for access, review, management of their places, and event authorship. Organisers have no account; submission name and email are used for confirmations and decisions. The spring list uses double opt-in for one seasonal email. For submissions, spring-list signups, and appeals we log content, timestamp, and IP for audit and abuse prevention; the IP is used for nothing else.
Public sources (GDPR Art 14)
Some listings are compiled from public sources (municipal agendas, organiser pages) and may contain promoter names. Identified promoters are informed at first contact, and every listing shows its source and a correction route.
Recipients and processors
Hosting and analytics: Vercel. Content and image store: Sanity. Maps: Mapbox (loading the map transmits your IP address to Mapbox). Transactional email: Microsoft 365 through Microsoft Graph. We do not sell data or share it for advertising.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, objection and portability — via the correction address in the footer. You may also complain to the CNPD (the Portuguese supervisory authority).
